Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • The Financial Controller will coordinate,
    direct the financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Maintain the financial ledgers and appropriate
    accounting processes
  • Review the monthly consolidated P&L and
    Balance Sheet
  • Ensure timely production of statutory and
    internal financial reports
  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Manage the company’s cash flow and treasury
  • Manage the company’s credit profile
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The successful candidate will possess a
    master’s degree in accounting OR financial management
  • Professional accounting qualification i.e.
    fully qualified ACCA/CPA
  • Five or more years’ experience in financial
    control and management reporting experience in a busy business
    environment. 
  • Confident, a self starter, with the ability to
    operate in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership & supervisory skills
  • Exposure, capacity & experience in
    financial modeling
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Demonstrated track record of integrity
  • Excellent accounting package knowledge,
    knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage
