with a telecom company in Uganda, owning Operational territories all over the
country.

- Ensure that there is no dumping among the
members involved in the business - Ensure that all the members sell airtime
denominations according to the agreed percentage profit margins - Receive and verify information from the
telecom company to make sound decisions on issues relating to the company. - Prepare, verify, and process invoices and
coding payment documents - Process reports after data entry
- Maintain accounts of the dealers
- Being accountable to the business partners
through drafting monthly business financial reports relating to the
information received from the telecom company - Prepare purchase orders
- Prepare travel and accommodation for
staff when they are going in the
operational areas - Coordinate and engage between the Business
Partners(Dealers),Layers, the telecom company and the staff members. - Ensure that all the employees meet the set
KPIs - Develop a work plan indicating the flow of
business, budget and expectations - Sit in meetings with the business partners
- Meet all deadlines according to the set
targets - Act as the vice chairman to the
disciplinary committee
- The Financial Administrator should
primarily hold a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in fields of
Accounting and Finance - At least two to three years’ progressively
responsible experience for a major company working as a financial
administrator - Working knowledge of office administration
and bookkeeping procedures - Possess a good understanding of the
distribution market. - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving
skills - Good decision making skills
- Highly effective verbal and listening
communications skills - Keen attention to detail and high level of
accuracy - Effective written communications skills
- Computer literacy skills including the
ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word
processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level - Stress management skills
- Time management skills
- The incumbent must maintain strict
confidentiality in performing the duties of the Financial Administrator. - Be honest and trustworthy
- Be highly respectful
