Job Summary: The Accountant will
primarily be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and tax declaration for
the Uganda offices. The other key duties include processing invoice and
payables, maintaining books of accounts, handle bank reconciliation, and
interfacing with government regulators, auditors and head office finance staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for all tax declarations - Processing
invoices of Clients and suppliers - In charge
of bank reconciliation - Responsible
for the Company’s financial bookkeeping
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should possess a good Bachelor of Business
Administration/Accounting or related field - At least
three to five years’ experience - Prior
working knowledge in Taxation Declaration, Clients invoicing, Bookkeeping,
Bank reconciliation - Good Communications
Skills; Strong written English – Oral, French is a Plus - Excellent
team work - Excellent
technology Skills; AS 400 is a plus - Good
planning and Organizational skills - Account
management skills - Knowledge
of Payroll verifications - Working
knowledge of the AS 400+ software is an added advantage - Working
knowledge of how to Balance sheet & Income Statement
