operating and maintaining Nalubaale and Kiira Hydro Electric Power Stations.

We have the following vacancies and are inviting interested applicants.
Assistant (Receptionist) will primarily serve in the reception area of the
Eskom Office at Nalubaale Power Station as well as provide administrative
support to the Corporate Affairs Determent.
- Offer administrative/secretarial
support for various departments/divisions such as answering telephones and
route calls to appropriate staff member, - Assisting
visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries. - Answering
visitors’ enquiries about a company and its products or services,
directing visitors to their destinations, sorting and handing out mail,
answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones - Coordinate
internal communication including Mass briefings, staff events such as the
end of year parties, retreats and seminars, and the like. - Offer administrative
support to staff members for Visa issuance and travel arrangements. - Maintain
Boardroom and Training Room calendar for easy coordination of work flow
and meetings. - Provide
administrative support to the Corporate Affairs Office - Perform
Protocol functions in the absence of Corporate Affairs Officer. - Prepare
responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. - File and
retrieve organizational documents, records and reports. - Perform
any other duties as assigned by the Communications/Public relations Manager
- The
Customer Relations Assistant (receptionist) Degree in Business
Administration, Commerce or Social Sciences. - Prior experience
in office administration and handling multiple tasks concurrently - The
Customer Relations Assistant/Receptionist must be Proactive,
Self-motivated, determined, reliable and trustworthy. - Excellent
organizational, problem solving and planning skills. - Highly
attention to detail with a well-groomed appearance, respect for
confidentiality and discretion - Possess excellent
written and verbal communication skills as well as good presentation
skills - Excellent
Interpersonal skills. - The
Customer Relations Assistant/ Receptionist MUST maintain a calm, courteous
and professional demeanor at all times, as well as should be cooperative
and supportive. - Possess
the ability to work within deadlines and achieve the targets. The
individual must exhibit flexibility and be fast at response - Adaptable
in a dynamic working environment and organizational culture.
