Job Summary: The Project Manager will
be primarily responsible for support of various aspects of program management
activities to ensure timely and cost effective accomplishments of contractual
commitments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for the overall management of the contract. - Perform
as the focal point of contact with the Government for the performance of
all work under this contract. - Directly
interface with the Contracting Officer, and senior officials at customer
and supported elements. - Vested
with the authority to sign and execute all aspects of the contract and any
supplemental agreements. - Monitor
necessary management information systems to provide work control, status
visibility, planning, scheduling, resource accountability and control,
performance measurements, and reports generation. - Issues
policies and procedures to govern daily business operations and ensures
compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, regulations and
standards. - Communicate
through meetings, memos, and management to keep the work force informed of
overall objectives and performance. - Plan,
organize and staff the project through a smooth mobilization and phase-in
through to full contract operation and maturation. - Manage
contractor performance to achieve and sustain Army performance-based
service contracting objectives. - Provide
Total Contract Management to deliver all labor, supervision, tools,
materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering
within FFP and IDIQ Contract objectives. - Perform
any other qualified duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
Project Manager should posses a good Bachelor’s degree in a related
discipline or equivalent required. - At least
eight (8) or more years of demonstrated DOD multi-functional logistics
management experience and Military Installation Command experience
preferred. - Possess
excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills. - Detailed
knowledge of Department of Defense, United States government structure,
agency procedures, policies for identifying and developing potential
business opportunities. - Computer
proficiency skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. - Possess
the ability to delegate, in writing, specific responsibilities to all key
managers providing each with the authority over the resources commensurate
with his responsibility and ensure each key manager is accountable for the
results. - Ability
to sustain a community-work relations framework that includes the host
country national community. - Strong
interpersonal relationship skills.
Language Requirements: Bilingual in
English and Spanish.
