Job Summary: The Operations Administration Manager will be
mainly responsible for providing effective supervision over operations administrations
support staff members, flights and reporting section members in the performance
of their duties in reporting, monitoring, and compiling operational reports on
a daily, weekly and monthly basis..

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes
operational administrative and support requirements. - Steers the Passport
Operations, Reporting Cell, SPOT Operations, Flight Operations, and
Personnel Management Information System (PMIS). - Carries out
coordination with other company programs on any number of issues in
support of program operations. - Supervises the
compiling and completion of weekly Situational Reports and other weekly or
monthly reports as required. - Ensures procedural
processes for document control, collection, archiving and categorizing of
program reporting. - Support in
coordinating with managers and Deputy Program Managers (DPMs) to ensure
contractual deliverable requirements are met on time and to a high
professional standard. - Works in coordination
with managers and DPMs in support of special projects and reporting as
required. - Develops, coordinates,
synchronizes, and produces plans, orders and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO)
for the managers and DPMs and staff in support of the contract. - Prepare timely reports
and briefings as required to support the program and special projects for
the Program Manager - Provide collection,
dissemination, archiving and categorizing of all Serious Incident Reports
(SIRs) and Incident Reports (IRs). - Must display
initiative to respond to unexpected situations and the ability to work in
a professional manner with contingent personnel and military organizations - Performs any other
duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Operations Administration Manager
should ideally hold a four (4) year Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of
Science degree or equivalent; each required year of education may be
substituted for two (2) years of relative experience. - At least eight years’ progressively
responsible experience in related field, five of which at managerial
and/or supervisory level. - Working knowledge and experience in
theater and U.S. Military organizational structures - Possess strong managerial and
organizational skills - Possess the ability to analyze situations
accurately and adopt effective courses of action. Exercises sound
administrative judgment in order to maintain effective organization
workflow - High flexibility and handle multiple tasks
in a high stress environment - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
