with a telecom company in Uganda, owning Operational territories all over the

Job Summary: The job holder will be responsible for all the data
analyses and also do reception work for the telecom company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares source data for computer entry by
compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities - Maintains data entry requirements by
following data program techniques and procedures - Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results as needed - Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Receive, direct and relay telephone
messages - Maintain the general filing system and
file all correspondence - Support in the planning and preparation of
meetings at the same time make preparations for committee meetings held in
the company - Maintain an adequate inventory of office
supplies - Maintain an adequate inventory of office
supplies - Provide word-processing and secretarial
support - Develop and maintain a current and
accurate filing system - Perform any other duties as directed by
the financial administrator
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Data Analyst must hold a bachelor’s
degree in any field. - At least one to two years’ progressively
responsible experience as a data clerk a major company - Office administration skills
- Good understanding of relevant policies
and procedures of the company - Computer literacy skills including the
ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient
level
Excellent Analytical Skills:
Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number
crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find
conclusions.
