Job Summary: The Senior Personal Assistant will be primarily
responsible for the administrative duties and responsibilities in the Managing
Director’s Office.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The job
holder must possess a bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies. - A minimum
of eight years’ working experience in a similar position. - Prior experience
from a reputable company. - Computer
literacy skills and good typing speed with shorthand. - Excellent
English language proficiency i.e. knowledge of written and spoken English. - Excellent
Interpersonal and communication skills. - Possess a
high degree of integrity and discipline. - Highly flexible,
self starter and able to meet deadlines. - Highly self
motivated.
Age: 35-45 years
