and the staff of the Parliamentary Commission. The Scheme is managed by a Board
of Trustees, constituted in accordance with the Act.
Driver will maintain and operate office vehicle and provide administration
support services.
- Operate
and maintain the Scheme’s vehicle. - Maintain
schedule for all activities and events involving transport. - Maintain
and update records for motor vehicle movement, repairs, servicing,
insurance and consumables. - Ensure
cleanliness of the office and motor vehicle. - Deliver
and collect mails and general documents.
- The job
holder should possess a Certificate in Office Practice/Office
Administration. - Valid
driving license with classes B and CM or DM. - Possess a
Certificate in Defensive Driving or basic mechanical engineering
qualification is an added advantage. - A minimum
of five (5) years of accident free driving record with a reputable public
or private organization. - Computer
literacy skills (Office based applications). - Confidentiality,
Diligence & Reliability. - Excellent
organizational skills. - Good time
management skills. - Excellent
interpersonal skills. - Excellent
customer relations skills.
