- Manage, mentor and supervise/ allocate duties to Operations staff
- Orient and train operations staff Identify potential (premium) billboard, wall sign locations and commercial buildings for branding;
- Quality assurance: supervise and ensure quality of artworks and products.
- Expand on existing clientele by selling new ideas to prospective and existing clients Maintain a database of all sites, i.e. billboards, wall branded sites and all others
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on status of all sites Supervising Installation & Maintenance of outdoor sites
- Ensuring safety of workers on site Budget management; preparing estimate costs for work and bargaining with suppliers
- Manage 3rd party relations by coordinating and maintaining rapport with local councils, landlords, and other Authorities;
- Maintain, control and replenish operations inventory
- Review operations supply requisitions Prepare and avail weekly itinerary for the operations team
- Ensuring that the billboards or signage are free from vandalism.
- Ensuring that all structures with clients’ media are kept clean and in good state.
- Ensuring that clients’ campaigns are freighted correctly in a timely manner and reports are sent out immediately
- Perform any other duties as may be allocated by management
- The Operations supervisor should possess a good university degree preferably in project planning and management or any other related discipline.
- Two or more years’ work experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior project supervisory experience will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly outside Kampala
- Posess a valid clean driving permit, experience in handling trucks will be highly valuable
