Job Summary: The Human Resources Officer will offer technical
support by planning, organizing and coordinating all functions of human
resources relations through recruitment, reward management, employee
maintenance and development, labour relations and employee exit.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant is required to hold a
bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, a post graduate diploma in HR
Management is added advantage - At least three years’ experience in a
large operations company. - Additional skills include report writing,
counselling and mediation skills.
