Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
Personal Assistant should possess a bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Secretarial
Studies. - A minimum
of six years’ working experience in a similar position. - Prior experience
from a reputable company. - Computer
literacy skills and good typing speed with shorthand. - Previous experience
from a multinational organization will be an added advantage. - Excellent
English language proficiency i.e. knowledge of written and spoken English. - Excellent
Interpersonal and communication skills. - Possess a
high degree of integrity and discipline. - Highly flexible,
self starter and able to meet deadlines. - Highly self
motivated.
Note: Salary is Negotiable and successful
candidates will be required to submit pay slips for the last three months.
