Job Summary: The Assistant Marketing Manager will
primarily assist the Senior Marketing Manager in the day today sales and
marketing activities, customer care including moving to the field to the to
examine and handle customers’ queries. He/she must assure the best service to
the customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Will
be acting on behalf of outlet manager, in his/her absence.

Authorizing
sales orders in ERP system in head office.

Authorizing
cash and credit invoices for loading and production orders.
Authorizing

Credit
control; follow up on payment & debt collection.

Evaluate
debtor’s credit limit and period, process credit application for new customers.

Prepare
report comparing selling price of products of competitors.

Ensuring
proper utilization of marketing executives, get daily market visit report and
after analyzing make summary report.

Maintain
and build good working relationships with all clients.

Ensure
smooth operation in absence of Senior Marketing Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The
applicant should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline

least four years’ experience in steel and PVC manufacturing and/or sales and
marketing or field.
