Job Summary: The Hub Manager will offer subcontracted

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The job holder will manage the agro-skills
trainings - Act as the liaison with researchers and
research institutions around soil fertility, crop production and
conservation agriculture and translate insights to the daily practice of
smallholder farmers. - Realize on-site demonstrations and
experiments. - Manage a commercial 20 acres demonstration farm,
which is part of the FRC. - Realize and supervise a small laboratory for soil
fertility and seed quality. - Identify and test simple farm technologies for
smallholder farmers. - The job holder will supervise a small team
that will help you realize your goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold
a master’s Degree in Crop Production, Soil Science or Plant Breeding and Seed
Systems or similar training - At least three years’
of agricultural research related experience
