- Develop strategies to improve our customer
service quality; - Manages performance management program in
the department; - Attends to client concerns and takes
positive remedial action; - Supervise manpower deployment to ensure
effective customer service at all times; - Designs and participates in all in-house
training programs and also supports external training; Regularly reviews
existing training materials to ensure quality and suitability; - Ensures availability of working tools and
facilities, monitors the serviceability of work areas; - Participates in the recruitment of
department staff; - Offers orientation to new staff ensuring
that new hires are conversant with procedures and standards in the
shortest possible time; - Responsible for the discipline of staff in
the department and ensures compliance with the disciplinary code; - Monitors and ensures safety at the work
place. - Perform any other job roles as assigned by
the CEO.
- The applicant should possess a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration or equivalent; - A minimum of five years’ experience in a
supervisory position. - Additional training in customer service
management; good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
assertive and self driven; good administrative skills; culturally
sensitive; strong team player; - Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office
suite.
