Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Regional Manager 3rd party distributors 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·        
Do
market research on the designated country for the different brands i.e.
Market size, Number of outlets, Channel description and segmentation, Level of
competition, Number of Whole salers, etc.
·        
Report
the research in an overview to management 
·        
Support
the distributors on Marketing and Sales issues 
·        
Initiate
and discuss marketing and sales tools 
·        
Liaise
with marketing agencies, printers etc. 
·        
Following
leads to improve sales in the country, and share that with the
distributor 
·        
Making
of Pro forma invoices with the distributor and the Country administrator 
·        
Following
up on payments with distributor in coordination with the country administrator 
·        
Reporting
on Sales and Marketing activities of the country to head office 
·        
Reporting
on stock position of Distributor 
·        
Making
of visit report after travel (upcountry) 
·        
Calculation
of prices to distributors and advice on RSP for beverages in the country, based
on directives 
·        
Perform
any other requests from management not mentioned in this Job description

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·        
The
applicant should possess a Bachelor level in Marketing, Sales or Business
Administration 
·        
Experience
in a Marketing or sales role 
·        
High

·        
High initiative
and innovativeness
·        
Excellent
interpersonal and communicative skills
·        
Good presentation
skills
·        
Exhibit

·        
Ability
to work under stress
·        
Travel
extensively
·
