Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Librarian should also possess demonstrated success
in the development and implementation of new technologies and innovative
services in Academic Libraries environment. - Demonstrated commitment to the teaching , research and
service missions of the University - Demonstrated leadership, collegiality and strong
communication skills. - Demonstrated commitment to the teaching, research and
service missions of a University. - Perform any other job duties assigned by the immediate
supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Librarian should hold a master’s degree in Library
and Information Science from a recognized University. Additional
professional qualifications will be an added advantage. - At least five or more years’ experience in an
Institutional Library at same level.
