Job Summary: The Human Resource Advisor – Training will primarily
determine employees training needs and recommending appropriate trainings to
management and Organize, Coordinate and execute all trainings in a given time
frame to ensure all required skills are up to date.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

applicant should hold a degree in Human Resource Management and other related
discipline.

prospective Mukwano employee should possess at least four years’ relevant
working experience in a similar role in a large manufacturing company.
