Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The job holder will be
tasked to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, job
evaluations and performance management / measurement, and keep and develop
appropriate database. - Responsible for staff
recruitment (adverts, applicant evaluation, interviews, contracts,
orientation) - Ensure compliance with
legal and statutory requirements for HR and finance management. - Prepare advance
requests and payment vouchers for both cash and bank payments. - Do follow-up on
advance accountability - Prepare timely monthly
accounts. - Perform any other
related job tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Project Driver
should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with
financial skills, Business Administration (HR specialisation) or Accounting
with strong HR experience. - A minimum of four years’
relevant professional work experience. - Possess high level of
ethics and integrity, good communication skills. - Good working knowledge
of budgeting and accounting procedures. - Good knowledge and understanding
of development issues.
