organization implements integrated development approach combining education,
health, agriculture, Livestock, adolescent empowerment, and micro finance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The
    Area Coordinator will supervise the activities of program assistant, Model
    farmer and community active promoter with extensive field visit.
  • Executing
    the agriculture extension and sales activities very smoothly and
    accurately.
  • Prepare
    weekly and monthly sales report, program update, staff report and any
    other report in the line of program according to the suggestion of
    immediate supervisor with in time limit.
  • Liaise
    with Government organizations, NGOs and stakeholders with the permission
    of supervisor.
  • Manage
    the training and seed distribution.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    job holder must hold a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
  • At
    least a year to three years’ management experience in Agriculture
    Extension work
  • Possess
    the ability to frequently travel to field
  • The
    applicant must exhibit high self direction, good organizational skills and
    highly goal oriented with enhanced problem solving skills.
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good
    working knowledge of personal computers and related business software such
    Ms. Office, Access and others
