Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the
consistent and efficient receipt and transfer of raw materials in SYSPRO to
meet the production plan, and manage system inventory movement across the value
chain.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare system LPO on a monthly basis
- Prepare system GRNs for deliveries at PRI
as per “weigh notes” - Conduct spot checks of raw material
received into warehouse - Prepare collection reports on a daily
basis. - Work in liaison with the yard supervisor
and production team leaders to ensure efficient transfer of stocks to the
floor to meet production targets - Witness the raw materials weekly and month
end stock take – completing the process in the system (SYSPRO stock take) - Periodically review system stock take
reports on a weekly and monthly basis for completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The applicant should ideally possess a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Micro Finance. - Good computer literacy skills especially
in Microsoft excel - Possess additional professional
qualifications like ACCA, CPA will be an added advantage, - Possess a high level of integrity and
honesty. - Ability to communicate effectively
- Hardworking, a team player, self-motivated
and be able to work long hours at times.
