Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Business
Performance Reporting:
Performance Reporting:
- Business performance reporting including
functional reporting - Managing for Value reporting- product and
customer profitability reports - Support the development of Balance Sheet
management - Acts as a liaison for business functions in
analyzing and interpreting financial information - Monitor competition’s activities (reporting
comparative analysis of the market data) - Manage the MTP and STP process with different
functions
2. Alco Reporting:
- Preparation of ALCO pack and deliver the same
to the ALCO members - Prepare and revising forecasts taking into
account of new developments- analyzing risks and opportunities on monthly
basis. - Ensure that developments in the market are
captured , reported and discussed in ALCO meetings - Monitor strategy implementations including
follow up on Value at Stake Initiatives and their implementations. - Negotiation of the achievement of
financial targets with Senior Managers and other staff in Retail and
Corporate - Deliver quarterly presentations to CMC and ALCO
on key reports on performance - Regular communication with Retail and Corporate
Directors, Business Relationship Managers on issues relating to business
performance and financial targets - Required to persuade and drive the delivery of
financial targets through regular discussions with Retail and Corporate

& Experience:

- The applicant should possess University degree
in Accounting or Finance - Or a full
Professional qualification in Accounting such as ACCA or ACIB
qualified with strong accounting background - Good training in influencing and leadership
skills - Performance development training
- Broad understanding of short, medium and
long term strategies, goals and objectives - Detailed knowledge of Management Accounting
- Detailed understanding of Managing for Value
reporting - Strong Computer skills and other Analytical
tools- TM1 - Comprehensive understanding of product set and
services of Corporate, Treasury and Retail portfolios - Detailed understanding of customer segmentation
and service principles - Good knowledge of commercial and competitor
environment - An appreciation of the external economic,
political, legal and regulatory environment and their impact to the
business.
