Job Summary: The Compliance
Officer will primarily conduct investigative audits, compliance reviews and
implement corporate Integrity Initiatives in accordance with the Corporate
Integrity program.

Qualifications, Skills
and Experience:

- The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s
Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Auditing, Statistics and Electric
Engineering. - At least two years’ experience in Investigation
Audits and Compliance reviews. - Professional qualifications in investigations,
accounting, integrity and ethics. - Good working knowledge in regulatory and
process compliance - Proficiency in data analysis techniques
- Knowledge of risk profiling and analysis
- Experience in management of complaints and
whistle blowers - Proficiency in research, investigations and the
use of statistical data analysis techniques - Prior experience in the implementation of
Compliance programs - Good understanding of Employment, Anti-bribery
and Electricity laws - Information handling, analysis and good
communication skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Highly result-oriented
- Good problem solving skills
- Decision making ability
- High degree of integrity, ethics and
confidentiality - Excellent team ethic
- Ability to work under pressure
