Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cashier and Accounts
Assistants will be responsible for;
Assistants will be responsible for;
- Issue
receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. - Count
money in cash drawers at the beginning of day to ensure - Assist
in the process of payments and documents such as Invoices, journal
vouchers, employee’s reimbursements and - Post
various financial data to appropriate accounts in SAP, according to
instructions from senior accounting personnel - Disburses
funds for petty cash and makes change according to - Sort,
count, and wrap currency and coins and prepare for banking. - Perform
any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- The
applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance/
Commerce or related field. - Possess
additional professional qualifications i.e. ACCA / CPA is an added advantage. - At
least two years’ experience in relevant field.
