About Us:
Kiwoko Hospital is a Private-Not-For-Profit Organization under Church
Of Uganda, located in the district of Nakaseke (Greater Luwero) and affiliated
to the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau (UPMB) The Hospital is seeking to
strengthen its staffing position in order to efficiently execute its medical
activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership of the
finance team, including offering ongoing training, supervision and support
to the Accounts staffs and cashiers - Effective management of donor funds in
pursuit of the agreed objectives. - Ensure financial and control systems are
in place for financial management and reporting - Organize hospital audit meetings
- Be responsible for the preparation of
financial budgets in consultation with budget holders - Ensure timely, accurate and high quality
financial reporting on all activities - Deal with any disciplinary or personnel
issues in the finance team in Luwero Diocese - Charged with the continuous improvement
and development of the finance team
Qualification Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should possess relevant
academic training (i.e. a diploma or degree) in Accounts and/or Finance
e.g. Business administration (accounting)/B. Corn (accounting) etc - Professional recognition through
certification of CPA or ACCA is desirable. - At least three years experience in
Accounting - Computer literacy skills with extensive
knowledge of excel, and accounting systems - High level of integrity
- Good communication skills
- Team work/team building skills
- Good track record of team leadership, and
team supervision.
