• Designing, implementing, monitoring and
  evaluation of financial system of the Company.
• Ensuring that the budgeting process is carried
  out within the specified time.
• Ensuring all financial reports are produced
  accurately and delivered within agreed timeliness.
• Ensuring efficient and effective financial
  management.
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of
  the debt collection system in place, and ensuring that a credit policy in
  place is functioning properly.
• Develop and implement an effective Internal
  Control System and monitor its effectiveness.
• Preparation and review of the monthly
  performance report and rolling 12 months forecast. 
• Interpret and implement tax regulations,
  ensuring that all statutory taxes are reconciled and paid on time.
• Maintain an up – to – date asset register.
• Maintain good business relationships with all
  stake holders.

• The candidate should possess a University
  Degree, preferably in Accounting.
• Professional qualified accountant with ACCA,
  CPA, or its equivalent.
• At least five years post qualification
  experience in a similar position in a reputable organisation.
• Have a thorough knowledge of International
  Financial reporting Standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication Skills
• Demonstrate leadership and motivational skills.
  
• Be an active member of the Institute of
  Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA)(U)
