an experienced Finance. The client is looking for a professional with the
Manager to join the Senior Management team following experience and
qualifications: driving growth of the company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, monitoring and
evaluation of financial system of the Company. - Ensuring that the budgeting process is carried
out within the specified time. - Ensuring all financial reports are produced
accurately and delivered within agreed timeliness. - Ensuring efficient and effective financial
management. - Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of
the debt collection system in place, and ensuring that a credit policy in
place is functioning properly. - Develop and implement an effective Internal
Control System and monitor its effectiveness. - Preparation and review of the monthly
performance report and rolling 12 months forecast. - Interpret and implement tax regulations,
ensuring that all statutory taxes are reconciled and paid on time. - Maintain an up – to – date asset register.
- Maintain good business relationships with all
stake holders.
Qualifications, Skills &
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should possess a University
Degree, preferably in Accounting. - Professional qualified accountant with ACCA,
CPA, or its equivalent. - At least five years post qualification
experience in a similar position in a reputable organisation. - Have a thorough knowledge of International
Financial reporting Standards. - Good interpersonal and communication Skills
- Demonstrate leadership and motivational skills.
- Be an active member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA)(U)
Age: Between 35 and 45
years of age.
