Summary: The Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for
smooth operation of accounts and accountability of resources.

Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management at JCs.
- Finance management and utilisation.
- Opening project accounts.
- Oversee all financial operations and
decision making. - Financial analysis and reporting.
- Review financial proposals and budgets
from JCs and advise accordingly. - Develop and implement financial
control systems for the transparent and effective management of resources. - Ensure development and
implementation of JC operating policies and procedures. - Prepare payments and expense charges.
- Ensure compliance with applicable
tax requirements including VAT, PAYE and NSSF. - Implement human resource and
administrative policies and structures. - Undertake periodic support visits to
JCs. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and
annual financial reports. - Provide advice to National
Coordinator on planning, administration and expenditure. - Prepare accounts for auditors.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce; ACCA or other relevant accounting
qualification and human resource management will be an added advantage. - He or She should possess at least 3-
5 years experience in a similar position or equivalent. - Demonstrable computer knowledge and
applications - Use of financial accounting packages
and software. - Proficiency in IT.
Age: 30 – 45 years.
