The Church
Commissioners Holding Company, Ltd. is the investment arm of the church.
They are responsible for advising trustees on development and management of
church-owned land and property, and launching new income-generating
projects. The Church Commissioners mobilize resources and provide
training for dioceses in management of church property while encouraging the
use of church credit and savings societies.

Job Summary: The Chief Executive Officer will manage the
change, growth and performance of the Holding Company as agreed with the
Directors.

- To plan, coordinate and direct all Programmes
and activities at CCHCL - To provide strategic leadership, direction and
management of CCHCL - To drive the realization of the Holding Company
Vision, Mission and Core values - Effectively implemented Holding Company and
subsidiary companies strategic/business plans - Subsidiary companies and projects operated
according to business principles. - Effective resource mobilization systems in
place and reduced company liabilities - Effective property management i.e. Land and
safe custody of all relevant documents - Organisational policies and systems developed
and made operational.

- Development, Fundraising and Promotion
- Board of Directors Administration and Support
- Perform any other related duties as may be
assigned by the Board from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Masters Degree in any of the following
fields: Business/Development/Law/Engineering/ Project Planning and
Management - 5 – 7 years working experience in a related
field preferably in a senior management level - Broad managerial skills
- A high degree of self-drive, motivation and
results oriented - Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- A practicing and committed Christian to Church
of Uganda - Below 55 years old
- High degree of integrity
- A decision maker and a visionary leader
Terms
of employment: Three years contract, renewable depending on performance.
