Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train
and mentor on all aspects of Brewing process, Packaging, Utilities and
Engineering Work on various projects as defined by management - Apply
the manufacturing way principles and practices - Contribute
to problem solving - Accord
customer care and service in line with company values
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should have BSc. Ind. Chemistry, BSC. Technology (Bio/
Chem.) or BSC. Food Processing Technology or Microbiology - Two
years working experience working in an FMCG - Excellent
report writing skills - High
energy, balanced personality self-discipline and drive, conceptualizing
and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias. - High
degree of integrity and attention to detail Proactive mindset,
self-driven, self-starter and with initiative; - Ability
to communicate (verbal and written), - Go
getter attitude - Computer
literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added
advantage - Work
in Teams
