Job Summary: The Senior Engineer is responsible for the
management and coordination of all aspects of the assigned projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The applicant should possess Bachelor’s
Degree in civil and structural engineering or its equivalent from a
recognized institution of learning. - At least five to seven years’ experience
in construction management, preferably working on structural steel related
projects - Knowledge in the processes involved in
steel fabrication will be highly desirable - Ability to manage multiple job sites all
over Uganda and other neighbouring countries - Plan and manage company’s human resource
capital and site equipment to ensure site works are executed in time
within the budget constraints - Be familiar with full job progress
