Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair and optimize the plant
and the associated devises. - Comply with the recommended safe work
procedure and maintain a safe healthy working environment - Conduct cleaning of the machine in good
time to avoid loss of production - Carry out autonomous ,preventative and
break down maintenance on all line equipment Apply the manufacturing way
principles and practices - Contribute to team problem solving and
decision making - Accord customer care and service in line
with company values.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a Bachelors
of Science in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum Higher Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering - At least 1 years working experience
preferably in Foods and Beverages Industry - Two years’ experience as an Mechanical
Artisan Must be hardworking - Honest and self motivated
- High integrity and attention to detail
- High energy, balanced personality self
discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation
and a strong output bias. - Proactive mindset, self driven, self
starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written), - Go getter attitude
- Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player
- Self motivated and should be able to work
in shifts. - Be able to communicate effectively
