Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The job holder will be responsible for handling
appointments, employment contracts, disciplinary matters, terminations and
other labour related matters /issues - Handle criminal matters in relation to
theft by employees or third parties - Handle debt recovery court cases, seizures
through court bailiffs, coordination with advocate firms appointed by the
company - Assist in the acquisition of land and
other properties - Handle commercial claims with suppliers
and insurance companies.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The applicant should possess Bachelor’s
Degree in Law - At least three years’ experience in a busy
firm - The job suitor should be a practicing law
advocate / counsel
