Job Summary: The
Internal Auditor will conduct audit plans, and to determine internal control
weakness and make recommendations, in line with the
banks strategic business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct
audit procedures for any segment of an audit with minimum supervision. - Assist
in planning for branch and departmental normal and snap audits - Plan
and perform branch and departmental follow up audits - Perform
field work requiring extensive travel - Assist
in preparation of draft audit reports - Document
audit findings in accordance with audit work paper standards - Interpret
audit results, identify control weakness, and make recommendations to
improve operating efficiency and internal controls - Recommend
updates to the audit programmes and manuals - Perform
any other duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should possess a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business
Administration, and Accounting or related discipline. - Possess
full ACCA or CPA qualifications - Two
or three years working experience in audit preferably in a financial
institution. - Computer
literacy. - Competent
knowledge of accounting principles. - Possess
good report writing skills and be a team player
