- Attend to project Affected Person (PAPs)
- Compile a monthly list of frequently asked
questions - Assist to put PAPs and any other progress
reports together - Assist when requested to organise meetings
and take minutes of meetings - Actively seek out information not readily
available
- Ensure that there is effective flow of
information within the team - Assist the PM to oversee the activities in
the Communication Center - Ensure that video / audio copies of
meetings are well kept to act as evidence of what was agreed. - Be a part of the team and respect team
members for their differing contribution to the team
- Assist colleagues in as necessary during
high workloads - Perform any other duties as reasonably
requested - Prioritize work to ensure that urgent and
important work is completed involvement in adhoc projects
Experience:
The applicant should hold a relevant Bachelor’s
Degree
