recruiting for the following positions for the Uganda Operations that are based
at Head Office and our various Regional Offices.

Job Summary: The job holders will primarily d
esign and implement
strategies to attain the branch operational objectives, develop sales staff and
loan quality assurance at the branch through implementation of the company
policies and procedures

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train and
    develop Sales Agents as per the branch staff needs and Bayport human
    resource standards.
  • Maintains the minimum
    set target number of Active Sales Agents in a Branch.
  • Devises and implements
    strategies to achieve a monthly Branch Sales Turnover and client
    recruitment targets.
  • Makes Sales
    presentations and conducts clients’ daily training within the branch
  • Performs  quality
    control checks of loan documents at the Branch  before forwarding
    them for further approval at Head Office
  • Prepares daily, weekly
    or monthly payments of field facilitation to Sales Agents
  • Administration of
    Office Assets as may be required
  • Maintaining good
    relationships with all Branch Operational area stakeholders particularly
    clients, employers, signatories and civil leaders
  • Designs and implements
    strategies to meet monthly collection of off payroll loans and per branch
    targets.
  • Prepares daily, weekly
    and monthly reports to the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • All Applicants should hold at
    least a Diploma in a Business related course or Education from a
    recognized institution.
  • 1 year in direct Sales
    in a financial institution.
  • A good grasp of
    financial matters
  • Good supervisory and
    counseling skills
  • Good reporting and
    presentation skills
  • Excellent
    communication skills
  • Assertive and firm
    with ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • High level of
    integrity
  • Must have ability to
    foresee and solve problems
