Job Summary:  The job holder will lead the seven person
administration support team. 

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
  • The job holder will be responsible for
    leadership by example
  • Coaching and mentoring support staff
  • Development and refinement of
    administrative procedures and processes
  • Optimizing IT usage to maximize returns
Key Performance Areas:
  • Office
    management and administration
  • Human
    resource management
  • Procurement
    and disposal
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • The applicant should possess an advanced
    degree in a finance related discipline
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications skills i.e. both
    written and spoken
  • Exhibit high level of energy
  • Show an ability to take initiative and
    solve problems amicably.
