Job Summary: The Direct
Sales Representatives will be responsible for planning and carrying out direct
sales activities in order to grow customer numbers.

Key Result Areas:
- Plan and
prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business plans - Respond to and
follow up sales inquiries - Attend and
present at external customer meetings for cross selling opportunities - Sell all bank
products - Maintain and
develop existing and new customers through planned individual account
support
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant
should hold a University degree attained not more than one year ago - Ambitious and
results oriented - Very
Confident - A quick
learner with a positive attitude towards change and learning - Ability and
willingness to combine a high pressure job and intensive sales - Work
experience is not a requirement.
