Job Summary: The
Type Setter Data Entrant will update and maintain a reliable database for the
Monitor Business Directory.
Type Setter Data Entrant will update and maintain a reliable database for the
Monitor Business Directory.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing
and inputting of primary data into the Directory. - Ensure
100% accuracy of data in the Directory. - Contribute
to Revenue growth - Liaise
with business manager and sales executives for completed data collection
slips and sales orders for entry and updating the Directory data - Outputs
and edits data to meet user requirements - Ensure
files entered source documents - Convergence
of MBD database - Coding,
appropriating and programming data usable format.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a
certificate or diploma in IT or secretarial services. A first degree will
be an added advantage. - The applicant should have 1-3 years
experience as a secretary / typist - Computer literacy especially in
PowerPoint, Word and Spreadsheets. - Typing speed of at least 50wpm
- Excellent planning and organizational
skills. - High business acumen
- Results oriented attitude
