Development Specialist
International (TILLC)

institution. TILLC has been present in Uganda since 1998. TILLC seeks
candidates for office operations support and for a number of management,
technical and consultant positions for anticipated programs in Uganda.
- The
specialist should possess three years of experience in a leadership
position responsible for developing livelihoods, training, and development
interventions; - Experience
with the technical aspects including skills training, employment
generation, entrepreneurship, alternative/additional income generation,
youth employment, and social protection, as applicable; - Experience
in projects promoting leadership development; - A
good understanding of youth empowerment and development issues; - Experience
working successfully with government agencies and private organizations
engage in promoting youth empowerment and development, including the
provision of livelihoods and social services; - Experience
working with employers’ organizations, trade unions, or other civil
society organizations.
