Job Summary: The Trade Executive — Commodities will
provide information to management related to business and expansion
opportunities available around the world and implementing business strategies.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- In
liaison with management, develop and implement strategies aimed at
maximizing business investment opportunities for the company in other
countries & its partners. - Establishing
and developing a business plan for export which will create sustainable
growth in global market. - Providing
the latest information about foreign market performance where the company
has interest in to enable management take informed decisions. - Providing
statistics, forecasting and future projections concerning international
trade and investments to clients. - The
executive should be responsible for sending the latest developments on the
local taxes in the countries where the company is exporting the products. - In
liaison with the legal department, process the necessary
business/legal/government documents allowing the company to conduct
business in particular regions. - Safeguarding
the company from any hidden clauses/ terms with foreign business partners
by studying all relevant laws and contract details. - Explaining/
warning the company before setting sale contracts to foreign firms about
special terms, laws governing such business in particular regions. - Arrange
for shipping details such as export licenses, customer declaration etc - Creating
and maintaining strong business networks by using business associations,
chamber of commerce strategies and performing data management of
networking functions. - Conducting
export shipments from origin until final destination. - Execute
complete export cycle. - Monitor
Market analysis and Financial indicators for foreign markets. - Preparing
and submitting a monthly report to management on new initiatives, seeking
approvals before developing the concepts for implementation.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should hold
a Masters Degree in Business
Administration (majoring in International Trade or any other related
field): - Minimum
of 4 years work experience in International Trade or any other related
field.
