Uganda, its local affiliate ZPEB Uganda Co Ltd is now seeking to recruit
competent personnel in the following positions on contract Terms of Service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coach, train the upcoming technicians on
how to manage the project, prepare designs of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Perform any tests and install the
equipments - Work with the trainees to design the
electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems for the gas and oil equipments. - Train new technicians in specified
engineering features of the hydraulic oil and Gas equipments and the
associated tools. - Take lead of trainings on how to manage
the installation and maintenance of the product, perform inspection on the
yards and survey the site where oil rigs were installed. - Offer technical support to the new
technical assembly and manufacturing units, conduct failure analysis on
the pneumatic and hydraulic equipments. - Empower the technicians on how to document
the technical reports, maintain manuals and assist in putting the product
information on a bulletin. - Strong on site knowledge of drilling
practices and procedures. - Demonstrate a comprehensive operational
and practical knowledge of Zpeb company equipment in use at the well site. - Execute other related duties as assigned.
Conduct all activities in accordance with Zpeb’ HOE policies, legal
compliance and the company’s core values.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The job holder should possess a minimum of four (4) years experience as a technical Trainer in the oil industry and have
experience training and mentoring upcoming technicians, rig floor men and
derrick men on operational software, drilling and the handling of oil
equipments. - Computer literacy skills with proficient knowledge of
universal software packages. - Ability to work in a team environment .
- A minimum of a two year technical degree
in petroleum favored. - An off shore medical certificate and
offshore survival certificate is an added advantage
