Job Summary: The medical
reps will be responsible for growing the Company’s sales and market share
through scientific and ethical product activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize
the company’s sales by scientific and ethical product promotion to attain
sales targets. - Identify
sales and marketing opportunities in both urban and upcountry markets. - Implement
product marketing strategies and deliver product messages in relation to customer
interests and needs. - Establish
and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals. - Keep
the company informed on the products; competitor analysis and market
trends. - Support
the organization of CMEs and product launches - Conduct
product knowledge training.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry,
Health Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Technology Nursing, Marketing,
Orthopaedic Medicine, Pharmacy or other relevant area - Training
in sales and marketing; sales negotiations, customer service skills - One
to three years’ experience is an added advantage
