Job Title: Field Supervisors

rigorous evaluation methodologies. The purpose of this position is to assist
IDinsight with the administration and management of survey-based evaluations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in survey design and piloting
- Secure permissions from local governments
- Supervise a team of 8-10 enumerators
- Ensure quality data collection
- Conduct regular audits
- Be in constant communication with
IDinsight and field staff
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should possess a University
graduate - Three or more years of survey work
experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role - Fluency in English and Luganda or Lusoga
- Knowledge of public healthcare facilities
(preferred) - Experience working in rural areas
- Skills in problem solving and
communication - Basic technological skills
Employment Details:
Start date: October/November 2013
Duration: two months, with possibility of extension
Salary: competitive, including per diem for days in the field
