• Create
  a strategic vision to achieve business sales targets and ensure that
  company resources are effectively allocated.
• Establishing
  marketing strategy, objectives and plans to achieve the sales targets and
  profitability
• Integration
  of business imperatives with company marketing and brand strategy.
• Marketing
  research, competitor analysis and business development including
  successful introduction of new products on the Ugandan market.
• Expansion
  of the distribution network in Uganda
• Recruiting
  and retention of necessary sales and marketing staff. This will include
  leading, directing, motivating, training and coaching the marketing team
• Regular
  reporting to the stakeholders and principals
• Establish
  sales incentives strategies.
• Any
  other duties and responsibilities as may be deemed fit by the supervisor

• The
  applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant area
• Additional
  post graduate training in Sales management or MBA or CIM would be an added
  advantage
• Five
  or more years in Pharmaceutical sales experience,  two of which should have been at
  supervisory level
• Brand
  or product management and development experience would be an added I
  advantage
