Job Summary: The Property
Manager serves as the liaison between Knight Frank and the Landlord at the
property. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for managing the
relationships with various stakeholders at the site such as the landlord,
tenants, service providers, site staff and any other persons forming part of
your property management team. The Property Manager will attend to all queries;
provide the necessary feedback and reports to the various parties under the
supervision of the Head of Department and General Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in a Property related discipline - At least three years of experience in
property management - Excellent diction and articulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook - Good team work, Service delivery, Results
driven, Good work ethic and integrity
