Job Summary: The Promotions Manager is responsible for the creation
and publicity of marketing incentives to increase sales of the company.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Combining
advertising with promotions to secure future sales. - Designing
effective promotional tools to drive sales such as incentivizing with
giveaways, contests, samples, coupons, discounts and reward programs etc. - Utilizing
relevant media channels to advertise the promotions effectively such as
direct mail, radio ads, television spots, newspaper circulars, Internet
ads, social media, websites and special events. - Preparing
reports to present to management and analyze the results of the campaigns
to ensure their efficacy. - Managing
costs and budget tables as assigned by the Brand Managers. - Preparing
design briefs and manage designers and production houses to procure
support materials for the promotions.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should hold
a Bachelor or Masters Degree
in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing); - Additional
qualifications in advertising, finance and psychology will be an added
advantage; - At
least three years work experience in a Marketing environment; - Work
experience in marketing of FMCG will be an added advantage.
