Job Summary: The Product Development Manager will maximize
the long term equity and profitability of the Brands and Products and be
required to show appropriate leadership to the wider business through internal
management.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for entire
process of new product development from idea generation to
commercialization for major brands and product lines. - Explore the feasible
products or brands that can be expanded through various sources from
internal and external inputs. - Develop the marketing
concept and testing and make proposals to gain support from Management and
R&D for the new products or extended product lines. - Plan and execute the
marketing mix strategies of the product, segmentation, targeting and
positioning strategy of the new product development. - Lay out the economic
values and business analysis of the new product development in the context
of market share, costs, profits, etc. - Act as a key liaison with
R&D on the product formula as well as the Marketing and Quality
control team for the packaging materials and labeling. - Launch the products by
working with brand managers on advertising and promotional activities for
the new product development for commercialization.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

- The candidate should hold
a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration (majoring in
Marketing) or any other related field: - Professional
Qualifications in Marketing will be an added advantage; - Minimum of 5 years work
experience in marketing of FMCG.
