University, a US-based tertiary education institution. TILLC has been present
in Uganda since 1998. TILLC seeks candidates for office operations support and
for a number of management, technical and consultant positions for anticipated
programs in Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Media Specialist should hold a
Master’s degree in journalism, mass media, or in a related social science
discipline; - Three or more years experience in media
advocacy and engagement on rule of law and rights matters; - Two years of technical experience in
dealing with multiple stakeholders including the media, judiciary, CSOs,
and adjudication institutions in a developing country - Demonstrated experience in media in Uganda.
