Job Summary: The Estate
Manager is the onsite representative of Knight Frank at the building. The
Estate Manager is required to supervise the site staff and attend to the day to
day tenant and service provider matters. Reporting to the Property Manager, the
Estate Manager will report back on all issues concerning the building under
their management as well as following through on tasks as assigned by the
Property Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should possess a degree in a Property related discipline or a
Higher Diploma with five years experience - Three
or more years of relevant experience - Excellent
diction and articulation - Good
computer skills i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
PowerPoint and Outlook - Team
work, Service delivery, Results driven, Good work ethic and integrity
