Job Summary: The Human
Resource Manager will be responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, training, HR
policies and implementation, problem solving, HR administration, remuneration,
compliance and staff evaluation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration,
Business Administration, or related field. - Master’s
degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution will be
added advantage. - The
candidate should possess at least minimum of 5-years’ experience as HR
Manager in any leading microfinance institution or other company in
financial sector.
Age: 30 – 40 years old.
